StreamNav Trademark Guidelines
StreamNav is a white-label platform, so most customers will show their own brand and not StreamNav’s. These guidelines cover the cases where StreamNav’s marks do appear — factual references, and the attribution some plans display.
What StreamNav owns
The StreamNav name, the StreamNav emblem, the StreamNav wordmark and the lockup that combines them are marks of IP MEDIA GROUP INC. The official artwork files are the only permitted representations of them.
These guidelines grant no ownership and no trademark licence beyond the limited permissions described below, which may be revoked.
References you may make without asking
You may use the word StreamNav in plain text, in a factual and accurate way, without permission. For example: to say your service is built on StreamNav, to compare products truthfully, or in news, commentary, teaching or research.
When you do:
- Write it as StreamNav — one word, capital S, capital N. Not “Streamnav”, “Stream Nav” or “STREAMNAV” in running text.
- Use it as an adjective attached to a noun, not as your own product name and not as a verb.
- Make clear that StreamNav is a separate company from yours.
“Powered by StreamNav”
Some plans display a “Powered by StreamNav” attribution in the branded experience. Where it is shown:
- Use the official artwork or the exact wording “Powered by StreamNav”.
- Keep it legible, unobstructed and clear of other logos.
- Do not present it in a way that suggests StreamNav supplies the content, endorses the service, or is responsible for it.
Whether the attribution appears is a setting of the plan. Removing or suppressing it where a plan requires it is a breach of the agreement.
Using the artwork
- Use only the official files, as supplied.
- Do not alter them. No recolouring, redrawing, stretching, rotating, outlining, adding effects, animating, or rebuilding the mark in another typeface.
- Keep clear space around the mark of at least the height of the emblem on every side.
- Do not place it on a background that reduces legibility; use the light or dark version as appropriate.
- Do not combine it with your own mark into a single new lockup, and do not use it as an element of your own logo, app icon or favicon.
What is not permitted
- Company names, product names, domain names, application names, social media handles or marks that are confusingly similar to StreamNav.
- Any suggestion of endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or affiliation that has not been authorized in writing.
- Use on merchandise without written permission.
- Use in or alongside a service that infringes copyright, distributes unauthorized media, or otherwise breaks the law — this is the use StreamNav will act on fastest.
- Registering the marks, or anything close to them, as a trademark or domain.
Your marks stay yours
Nothing here affects your trademarks. You keep them entirely. You grant StreamNav only the limited permission needed to display and operate your approved branded experience — to render your logo and name in your player, applications and customer-facing surfaces, for as long as you use the service and for no other purpose.
StreamNav will not use your name or marks in its own marketing, case studies or customer lists without your written agreement.
Permission can be withdrawn
Permission to use the StreamNav marks may be revoked at any time, and use must stop promptly when it is. StreamNav may also require a correction where use falls outside these guidelines.
