What this website collects
One thing: what you type into the enquiry form. That is your name, business email address, company name, the service you selected, your message, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else on this site collects information about you.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and loads no fonts or resources from other companies. There is no tracking pixel and no advertising network.
Why it is collected
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Your details are not used to build a marketing profile, are not sold, and are not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
What happens to your enquiry
It is delivered to the StreamNav team as an email and read by the people who can answer it. We keep it while we are dealing with it and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed if you come back to us.
Our email is handled by our email provider in the ordinary course of delivering it. Beyond that, your enquiry is not passed on.
What is deliberately not recorded
Your name, email address, company and message are not written to our application logs. The server records that an enquiry was received and whether it succeeded, without the contents.
Having your information deleted
Ask, and we will delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form, or reply to any message you have received from us, saying that you want your enquiry deleted. We will remove it and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
You may also ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent. Any of those requests can be made the same way.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted encrypted. Access to received enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how enquiries are handled will be described here rather than made quietly.
