Subscription and Billing Terms
StreamNav’s commercial components are deliberately separate, and this page keeps them separate. It sets out what is charged, how charges recur, and what a customer keeps on cancellation.
This website takes no payments
This website accepts no payment, holds no card details, offers no checkout and places no order. Nothing on it can be bought. Paid services are arranged directly, and their terms are presented before anything is agreed.
The commercial components are separate
StreamNav is not a single bundled price. These are distinct, and a customer may hold any combination of them:
- StreamNav platform subscription — the mandatory monthly charge for platform access and account administration.
- Selected package — the package a customer chooses, priced on its own terms.
- Add-ons — optional capabilities added to a package.
- Connection capacity — purchased concurrent connection capacity.
- Setup or implementation services — one-time work to get a service running.
- Custom or Done-for-You work — quoted individually against a written scope.
The platform subscription is additional to the others. It is not included in a package, and buying a package does not remove it.
Platform subscription
The StreamNav platform subscription is $99.99 per month, in United States dollars, charged monthly and in addition to any selected package, add-on and connection capacity.
Connection capacity
Connection capacity is purchased in blocks and is tied to your organization. It does not transfer to another organization.
Package, add-on and services pricing
Package, add-on, setup and custom pricing is presented before purchase and applies to that purchase. Custom and Done-for-You work is quoted individually and cannot be ordered without an agreed written scope.
Taxes and third-party costs
Prices are quoted exclusive of tax unless stated otherwise. Any sales tax, VAT or equivalent depends on your registered address and is added where it applies.
Certain third-party costs are yours and are not part of a StreamNav charge — for example domains, payment-processing fees, filing fees and services you contract for directly.
Recurring charges and authorization
The platform subscription and any recurring package or add-on charge recur monthly until cancelled. By providing a payment method you authorize StreamNav, or the billing service acting for it, to charge the amounts due.
Payments are handled by an authorized third-party payment or billing service. StreamNav does not receive or store full card numbers.
Invoices
Invoices are issued through StreamNav’s billing system and are available to the account’s administrators. Each shows what is being charged for and the period it covers.
Cancellation
The recurring components carry no minimum term and may be cancelled at any time. One-time work already delivered is not cancellable.
On cancellation, your branding, your domains and your customer data remain yours; the licence to the platform and player software ends, and the service stops serving your customers.
Payment failure
If a payment fails, StreamNav will attempt to contact the account’s administrators so it can be corrected.
Refunds
Refund questions are handled individually. Ask before you buy if it matters to your decision, and it will be answered in writing.
Plan and capacity changes
Packages, add-ons and connection capacity can be changed. Capacity purchased remains tied to your organization.
StreamNav does not sell or rent media
StreamNav sells software and services. It does not sell, rent or licence films, channels, series or other media, offers no catalogue, and has no rental, viewing-window or playback expiry to describe. What a customer’s own service charges its own viewers is that customer’s arrangement, on their terms.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, with the revision date changed accordingly. A change affecting price or a billing rule will be notified to account administrators before it takes effect.
