What this website is

This is an informational website describing StreamNav, a software platform for operating branded streaming services. It is not the product, and it is not a sales channel. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and using it creates no agreement between us beyond these terms.

Service availability is not guaranteed

StreamNav is described here as it is intended to work. No service is promised, reserved or committed to any person by this website. Availability, scope, timing and price are settled only when a written order or agreement is accepted by StreamNav — not by an enquiry, a reply to an enquiry, or anything published here.

Features described on this site may change, and some may not ship in the form described.

Content rights are the customer's responsibility

StreamNav supplies software. It does not provide, source, licence, host on your behalf or resell media content, channels or programming of any kind.

Any customer using StreamNav is solely responsible for holding the rights, licences, authorizations and permissions necessary for the content they distribute, and for complying with the copyright, broadcasting, consumer, data-protection, tax and other laws and regulations that apply to them and to their customers. StreamNav does not verify those rights on a customer's behalf and does not assume them.

Use of StreamNav to distribute content a customer is not authorized to distribute is a breach of these terms and of any agreement made under them.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry places you under no obligation and costs nothing. It also obliges StreamNav to nothing beyond handling your details as set out in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through the form.

Accuracy

We aim to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as it stands. It may contain errors and may be out of date. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice.

Intellectual property

The StreamNav name, mark and the contents of this site belong to StreamNav and may not be used without permission.
