StreamNav is not yet open for purchase. This website is informational: it takes no payment, holds no card details, offers no checkout, and no order can be placed through it. There is therefore nothing to refund or cancel arising from this site.

When paid services become available

When a StreamNav service is offered for sale, the price, what is delivered, when it is delivered, the billing period, and the applicable cancellation and refund conditions will be shown before the purchase is completed — not afterwards, and not only in a linked document. Those terms will apply to that purchase.

Different services may carry different terms. A one-time implementation and a recurring subscription are not the same commitment, and this policy does not pretend they are.

What is not promised here

This page states no refund window, no cancellation notice period and no pro-rata rule, because none has been set. Publishing a figure before it is decided would be a term nobody agreed to. Any such term will appear with the service it applies to.
